  • What is changing on the Harness platform?
    Starting on February 5, 2024, we’ll be offering four subscription plan options to new customers: Core, Advanced, Pro, and Executive. For more information about our new plans and their features, visit https://harnessgiving.com/pricing-plans today.

  • When do these changes go into effect?
    These new plans will start on February 5, 2024.

  • Why are these changes happening?
    Across the industry, we keep seeing the same pain points that nonprofits of all sizes face. To set our nonprofit partners up for success and give them support where they need it most, we developed these newly structured plans to better solve their specific day-to-day challenges—and help them increase their impact.

  • How will these new subscription plans better support my nonprofit?
    After listening to feedback from our nonprofit partners, we built our new subscription plans to give organizations more support from our in-house specialists, including a personalized onboarding process. At the Advanced, Pro, and Executive levels, our team will provide you with custom blueprints to give you the framework and tools to make your fundraising efforts more effective and easier to launch. Plus, our new and upcoming product features will give your organization easy and exciting ways to increase donor engagement—a key to driving more reliable revenue.

  • How do the new subscription packages affect current customers?
    Current customers will maintain the same access to the tools, features, and customer support of their existing plans through 2024. To tap into our new tools, feature updates, additional customer success support, and custom fundraising blueprints that are available with our new subscription plans, please contact your Customer Success representative today.

  • Will current customers be required to change plans?
    No changes are required at this time. Current customers will continue to have the same access to the tools, features, and support of their existing plans.

  • Are there discounts available for the new plans?
    Discounts may be available based on your billing preferences. Please chat with our Customer Success team to learn more.
