We've found that GoDaddy's website builder does not always allow for the Harness floating donate button to be installed correctly. Below are the instructions on how to custom code to your GoDaddy site, but if the button does not install correctly using those instructions, then we recommend using one or both of these great alternatives:

Add Custom Code to GoDaddy Pages

These instructions are based on the GoDaddy Help article for Websites + Marketing, which allows you to add your own code (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) to your website.

  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.

  2. Scroll to Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your website to open your site.

  3. Select Edit Website or Edit Site to open your website builder.

  4. Go to the page and location you want to add your custom code, and add a section.

  5. Search for the HTML section and select Add.

  6. Paste or write your custom code into the Custom Code field.

Your changes are saved automatically. Use Preview to see the results and when you're ready to make the changes public, publish your site.
