What's the difference between the two dashboard?

Your Harness Admin Dashboard (admin.harnessapp.com) is a dashboard for charity administrators (who have been invited to create a personal Admin account here) to make changes to your Harness account like:

  • Edit/send text messages

  • Update donor contact information

  • View & download contacts & reports

  • Create campaigns, impact posts & keyword

  • & more!

The Donor Dashboard is a dashboard for individual donors (who have created an account with you through any of your Harness fundraising pages) to make changes to their personal, individual donor account and donations like:

  • View/print donation history & receipts

  • Edit/stop Round-Ups

  • Edit/stop Monthly gifts

  • Update contact information

*Donors can access their personal Donor Dashboard by logging into their account through any of your Harness fundraising pages (for example, if you have a Harness link/button featured on your website and/or have shared one of these links in an email/social media post, etc.) and/or through the email receipts we've sent them (see examples here).
