Step-by-step guide on how to add a payment method.

Add a Card on File

  1. Log in to your personal Donor Dashboard

  2. Select "Billing" from the menu on the left side

  3. Select "Add Payment Method"

  4. Enter your new credit/debit card information & select "Add Card"


Remove a Card on File

  1. Log in to your personal Donor Dashboard

  2. Select "Billing" from the menu on the left side

  3. Select the trash can icon to the right of the card you want to remove

  4. Select "I confirm that I'd like to delete this payment method"

    1. If the card is associated with an active recurring donations, also select "I understand that all donations using this card will be deleted"

  5. Select "Delete Card"

CAUTION: Deleting a card that's currently being used for a monthly/recurring gift will cause the recurring donation to stop. If you want to keep the monthly gift active, please add a new card first, then follow these steps to transfer the existing gift to the new card before deleting the card currently in use.
