Impact Post Best Practices:
Include visuals (ex: quality videos, relevant photos, etc.)
Break up your text into smaller paragraphs and/or bullet points for easier reading
Be sure to include gratitude & make the connection for the donor that these things they're reading about wouldn't be possible without their support
Include facts & stats to enforce why your mission (and your donors!) are needed & what is being accomplished
When you create an Impact Post, it does not automatically send to your donors. Most of our partners attach an Impact Post to a manual text message or auto-message.
