Our Harness Integration with Zapier allows organization's to connect their Harness account to a number of different tools and platforms including: CRMs, Email Providers, Social Media Accounts, etc.

Below is a list of the data that you'll be able to send to other tools from Harness:

  3. Monthly Donation // Created

  4. Monthly Donation // Cancelled

  5. Round-Up Account // Created

  6. Round-Up Donation // Cancelled

Events + Data from the Harness Zapier App

Below you will find more information about the information fields that are provided for each integration trigger that was listed above:

1. New Donation πŸ’ŒπŸ’²

Triggers when a new donation of the selected type is created. Β 

IMPORTANT:

The "NEW Donation" event is split up into 3 TYPES of donations:

  1. One-Time

  2. Monthly

  3. Round-Up

So, if you wanted to create a zap for all 3 of these donation types, you would need to setup 3 different zaps and then choose the correct donation type to map over (e.g. One-Time, Monthly or Round-Ups)

  • First Name

  • Total Payment Amount (cents)

  • Date & Time of Donation

  • Fees (Stripe processing fees)

Triggers when a donor creates a new monthly donation subscription.

Triggers when a donation of any kind (one-time, monthly, round-up) fails, usually due to card errors.Β

  • The failure message that may be shown to users

  • Stripe Outcome Seller Message

  • The donation type (one-time, monthly, roundup)

  • Profile Photo URL

  • Is this an un-registered donor?

  • Stripe Fee (Cents)

  • Fee covered by the Donor (Cents)

  • Fee covered by the Donor (Dollars)

  • Donation amount, before covered fees (Dollars)

  • Donation amount, before covered fees (Cents)

  • Stripe Outcome Risk Score

  • If this was a round-up donation, the ID of the round-up account
