Folders are where templates are stored. All templates must be in a folder.

To create a folder first navigate to the "Templates" tab in Messages. 

You can create a folder by clicking the "Add a Folder" button in the lower left hand corner.

Select a name for your folder, and click "Create Folder"

Your folders will be visible in the "Templates" tab of messages.
